The color green symbolizes a plant’s joyful growth. The sun has given nourishment and growth to the plant beneath it. In this stage you feel encouragement through physical and mental signs of significant growth in Taekwondo knowledge. Here you should reflect back on your flexibility, power, balance, stamina, upper and lower body strength, etc. and should notice a difference between then and now.
